Cookies and local storage are small records a site saves in your browser. Here we tell you exactly which ones dalekiart.com uses. The party using them is D-Legacy SAS, which is responsible for Daleki Art.
In short
- If you only visit the museum, we don't store cookies in your browser.
- We don't use advertising cookies, social media pixels or tools that follow you across other sites.
- We store up to three items in your browser's local storage: your light or dark mode preference, the identifier of your conversation with Art AI and, if you choose it, your decision not to have your visits measured.
- We measure visits without cookies and only see aggregate figures.
- Sign-in cookies exist only for the team that runs the site.
What we store in your browser
- daleki-art-theme (needed for your preference): remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. It is created only when you use the sun or moon button and lasts until you delete it.
- art-ai:session (needed for the chat): a random identifier for your conversation with Art AI. It is created when you open the chat, lets the conversation continue and applies abuse limits, and lasts until you delete it.
- daleki-art-analytics (preference): stores your decision not to have your visits measured, if you make it below.
None of them contains your name or your email.
Visit measurement without cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, from our hosting provider. They don't set cookies or store data in your browser. They record the page visited, the referring page, the approximate country or city, the browser, the operating system, the device type and the loading speed. Your visit is grouped with a temporary identifier that is discarded after 24 hours; we only see totals. You can turn it off in this browser with the control on this page.
Internal panel cookies
Team members who enter the internal panel with their Google account receive session cookies from Supabase, our database provider (sb-...-auth-token and sb-...-auth-token-code-verifier). They keep the session open and complete sign-in securely. Museum visitors don't receive them.
Hosting security
If our hosting provider turns on a check against attacks, it may set a temporary technical cookie to confirm you are a person. It is needed to protect the site and is not used for anything else.
External sites
The links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and X lead to third-party sites. We don't embed content from those platforms in our pages, so they don't set cookies while you browse the museum. If you go to them, their own policies apply.
How to delete or block this storage
You can delete cookies and local storage from your browser's privacy settings, or browse in private mode. The site will go back to light mode and Art AI will start a new conversation; everything else will keep working.
Changes
If we add a tool that stores data in your browser, we will update this page before turning it on. If it were ever for advertising or tracking, we would ask for your permission before loading it.
