These terms explain how you can use dalekiart.com, the digital museum of Daleki Art. By browsing the site you accept them.
Who we are
Daleki Art is a conceptual art movement based in Quito and a project of D-Legacy SAS, an Ecuadorian company domiciled in Quito. Contact: dalekiart@gmail.com and WhatsApp +593 99 785 4652.
Use of the site
You can walk through the museum, read the stories and the blog, talk with Art AI and write to us. In return we ask you to:
- Use the site in good faith and in accordance with Ecuadorian law.
- Not try to access restricted areas, alter the site, flood it with automated requests or breach its security.
- Not send unlawful, offensive or misleading content through the forms or Art AI, or other people's data without their authorization.
- Not copy the site's content in bulk or use it to train artificial intelligence systems without our written permission.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Works and intellectual property
- The copyright in each work belongs to its artist or to whoever the artist has assigned it to. A work being part of the Daleki Art conceptual art fund does not transfer those rights.
- We show images of the works for cultural outreach and so that each artist's work becomes known.
- You may not reproduce, download for redistribution, modify or use the images of the works for commercial purposes without authorization from the artist and Daleki Art. You may share links to our pages.
- If you hold rights to an image and believe we are using it without authorization, write to us at dalekiart@gmail.com and we will review it right away.
- The texts, the design, the D logo and the Daleki Art name belong to D-Legacy SAS or are used with authorization.
Images generated with artificial intelligence
Some images on the site, the blog and the curatorial letter are conceptual and were generated with artificial intelligence. We always label them this way: "AI-generated concept image · not part of the fund". They do not represent works in the fund, do not imitate real works in the fund and should not be confused with them.
Art AI
- Art AI is an automated assistant based on artificial intelligence. Its replies may contain errors or omissions.
- Its information is for guidance only. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, nor an appraisal of works.
- What Art AI says about works, seasons or cultural sponsorship does not bind Daleki Art. Every proposal, date or commitment is confirmed by the team in writing.
- If something matters to you, write to us on WhatsApp or by email and a person will reply.
Cultural sponsorship and works in the fund
The information on the site about cultural sponsorship, seasons of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months and the possibility of acquiring works from the fund is for information only and is not a binding offer. The terms of each sponsorship or acquisition are agreed case by case in a written document signed by the parties.
Links to other sites
The site links to WhatsApp, social networks and other sites. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.
Availability and liability
We take care that the information is correct and that the site works well, but there may be errors, changes or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, D-Legacy SAS is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it, or for decisions made solely on the basis of the published information or Art AI's replies. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that Ecuadorian law grants you.
Privacy
The use of your personal data is governed by the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page with its update date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent judges of Quito, without prejudice to the rights the law grants each person.
